It will be based on the Suicide Squad version of Harley Quinn. It has an adult demographic in mind and has been greenlit for 26 episodes.

The first episode airs tonight at 11PM on TBS as a special event and it's already available on demand. You'll have to subscribe to DC Universe to watch further episodes.
Anyway, I just watched the first episode and it was really funny and smartly written! I highly recommend checking it out.
