A second season is coming sometime in 2016.

Surprised, since I didn't think the show did that well, but I guess I was wrong. I fell behind on it, and only got a third of the way in, but like the manga I only found it decent at best. I'd much rather see a new season of Silver Spoon or that new LOGH anime sooner than more Arslan. But maybe the second season will be more polished and satisfying, we'll see.
