I'm a few episodes in season 2 so far, and it's definitely a step up from the first. I know some prefer the more simplistic approach to the first season, but I think as the show goes along, it becomes stronger with character humor, especially now that Filbert has been fully utilized into the cast.
Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Man, I need to get around to this ASAP, before its too late and I can no longer find any DVD sets in any stores.

Avaitor

Yeah, I don't think they stocked too many copies of these. There was only one other when I got mine.

Mine was almost sold out completely. You should probably try to get it this week rather than waiting on it if you can.

WALMART IS SELLING THE COMPLETE SERIES SET FOR ONLY TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS

*ahem*, well ,fi you wanted to pick it up, you know where to go now.
Two weeks ago one of my nephews bought it at Walmart for just under 20 bucks. Such a price is phenomenal for a complete set. Wasn't many left on the shelf as I recall. Can't wait to borrow it so I can relive the insanity!!!

The footage from the cast reunion is great. They only do the first half of "Wacky Delly", which is okay, since that's easily the stronger half, but it's just a blast to hear them do the voices again, and see their inflections as they do. They also talk a lot about their work on the show, which makes for some great stories. Even Rob Paulson, who monitored the event, had some good bits.

Watching the rest of the show again was a hoot, and I'm glad that I have the whole show available to me at any given moment. But I do hope that Shout! puts out the final season in its own set. I can understand why it'd be annoying to have to double dip if you were able to get the first 3 seasons.

From what I heard, they are releasing season 4 on it's own.

This is all I have for a source for now, though.

Oh, good! Thanks for the link.

Looks like I'll be able to complete my collection without worry.

That's a relief. Though based on the prices, I kind of want to just get the complete set anyway.

Finally! Now to complete my collection.  :)

There's been a rumor going around that a new version of the series is being worked on.

Whether it's a reboot, continuation, or just a new movie or two like Arnold is getting is unclear, but there seemed to be an ad page asking for animators to work on new Rocko, until Nick removed the page.

The year of animation revivals. Is there Any chance that any notable creators of the show will return?

I think I read that Joe was in discussions. I know that he has been talking to execs from Nick earlier, so it seems like he's going to have his say if the series does return.
