I've been watching a bit of I Love Lucy lately. I think it's one of the few sitcoms from that era that holds up. I'm thankful that it's still airing on TV today, because it really deserves to be seen by everyone.
Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

Where's it air now?  I haven't see it since TV Land lost the rights to it.

I want to watch some Honeymooners now, wonder if any channel still plays them.
It doesn't matter what you say, soon you'll be dead anyway.

A couple of local syndicates still air it, along with Hallmark.

I wish I could find The Honeymooners on here as well. Little luck finding it here, though.

Is that American?
No. It's from the guy who made Black Books and Father Ted.

You know what other show is totally classic and awesome? The Muppet Show. I watched the Debbie Harry episode on a Blondie kick last night, and it's as fun as ever.

It's just a shame that it doesn't air on TV anymore.

You're right about that. I'd love to see it on a regular basis.

Oh, I was thinking of the American remake thing. I guess.

Really, I'd love for them to make a new show. I was suspicious of how the characters would be handled ever since the Disney Channel specials, but the movie and other recent appearances with the Muppets show that they're in good hands after all.

And if they do make one, I'll petition to make them make Rush host the first show. .3.

Dude. Dudeeee

On top of the Criterion sale Barnes & Noble is having, they're also running a half-off sale for all their first season TV sets. I picked up MTM, since I was planning on starting my collection for it anyway. Next I might the Bob Newhart Show.

Geezer

Political Animals looks to be a decent show.  They don't even try to hide that it's based on the Clinton family, but the storyline is still pretty compelling.

I'm still wondering if it's going to feature Maria Hill heavily, and if so, would this interfere with HIMYM.

The thing about the show is that if it wants to sell, it needs some familiar face from the movies, and the main Avengers and Sam Jackson would likely require too much to do it full time, and Coulson's dead. So you really have no choice but to use Cobie.

3- Masterpiece
4- The Twilight Zone
5- The Wire
6- Mad Men
7- The West Wing
8- The Defenders
9- ER
