I liked that trailer. I'm pretty interested in this movie. I'll be keeping an eye out for it.

Seems cute, weird that Zangief's a bad guy, though.

Yeah, but hey, Bison's in there too, so it's not like they forgot him. They might just have an idea or two for Zangief in the final fight scene that just wouldn't work for Bison.

More cameos to look for in the trailer- the T. Rex from Meet the Robinsons and Maximus from Tangled.

Does this mean we might get more Disney cameos, as well? I'd love to see Scrooge in myself. ;)

Only if we get pogo-cane and box throwing Chip and Dale.

I wonder if Donkey Kong will have anything to do with Ralph trying to be a good guy? After all, Donkey Kong was bad guy who became a good guy.

This guy is so full of shit. He was complaining about how un-Disneylike Tangled is just the other day, so he'll find SOMETHING to rip apart about any new piece of Disney work.

Toy Story 3 was depressing and had an ending that made no sense (toys live forever and move on to other owners while their owners die, such a happy ending!)
This person must have went in with a negative attitude. You can't get nothing out of this movie unless you want to get nothing.

Sequels are not a part of THE DISNEY ESSENCE.

Oh yeah, I never showed you that, did I?

The Rescuers Down Under is just as great as the original.  :bleh:

The elitist "this is what Walt would have wanted" attitude is crap. Always has been, always will be.

The animators used to come up with ideas that they'd swear that Walt would love all the time only for virtually all of them to become promptly rejected. And the animators who thought that they knew how his mind worked are responsible for the mediocrity of the 70's.

Truth is, no one knows what Walt truly would have approved of because nobody is Walt Disney. He wasn't a complicated man, but he also wasn't an open book that can easily be deciphered for his insights and tastes. Not to mention that the Walt Disney in the last decade of his life or so was a different Walt Disney than the one who was responsible for Mickey Mouse, Snow White and the like. The reason the Renaissance happened was when Roy and the rest of the staff stopped trying to think WWWD and instead focused on what they wanted to do.

People like Duster need to realize this.

I see your point, but Disney always has down periods, they aren't infallible. There's no hard line rule for what works or doesn't in a Disney film, just like while I might say I'm sick of animated shows about suburban families while I still really like Goof Troop despite it being one of those.

The best Disney stuff is the stuff made with heart, soul, love, and passion. Just like everything else! Just doing something because you think someone else would want it down differently is never going to be as good.
