Glad to see you're okay. Bad drivers always make me nervous, even if I'm in a car with a good one. You just never know, y'know?

I just had to put my 13-year-old dog down. We had him for the vast majority of his life, and he was fine for just about all of it- until this very week, when he started growing a shitload of tumorous cancers and we had no choice but to do it.

It still hasn't fully synched in with me. I've had him since I was a little boy, and I loved him so much.
Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

I'm sorry to hear that. I had a similar experience when my dog died a few years ago. She was perfectly healthy for most of her life until the last week of her life when all of a sudden she just starting shutting down and one day she couldn't walk. By the end of that day she was gone.  :(

I take solace in the fact that she had a great life and a good time with us all.  :)

Hope you feel better, man.

Oh, he had one or two tumors on his legs and they were already affecting his walking. Last night, my mom couldn't get him to go outside for a walk. He'd go for a few steps, then fall down.

I had two dogs, one of which was the one I mentioned. the other was starting to get sick and before we could bring her to the vet she vanished that day and has never been found. I still think my other dog would have done the same could she walk. Dogs always seem to know.

That's the main reason why I never got a dog. Can't take that kind of loss.

As for me, my cousin's apparently into gambling to the point of trying to sell his laptop and headphones. My family even forced him into an impromptu intervention, which he laughed off a couple minutes later.

I'm so sorry man. I went through the same thing last spring. My dog I've had since I was 12 had to be put down because she was developing the same kind of tumors in her legs. She was put to sleep while I was in school and no one told me because they thought I couldn't handle it, so I ended up finding out when my spring break began. I'm still a little frustrated I wasn't there for her last moments.

I'm afraid my parents might get to this point since they've recently become platinum members at our local casino.

Man, shit like this makes me glad I can keep my gambling under control. I know when to cut my losses. I just hope that this gambling doesn't resort to him stealing other people crap.

Well as for me, I spent time with my brother and his girlfriend recently. They took me to Dave and Busters for an hour or two, mostly because my family is going to Hershey this weekend and my mom didn't want them staying out late. I'm the exception since I decided to skip out on my family's annual trip to Hershey this year. We talked about stuff, played games, won many tickets and I even decided to redeem them for a plush of Pikachu and this chibi-Green Lantern.  All in all, this woman is nice and I'm glad my brother found someone.

So sorry man. :( 13 years is a long time, though, so just try to remember how happy and fulfilling his life was. :)

Oh my... That's why I've never started gambling, and never will.

So on another site I frequent, two users just exploded on each other in an argument. One is a socially crippled dude who thinks he's a hardass, firmly believes all his opinions are fact (and I mean that literally, 100% serious), and treats the Zelda timeline like it's a serious thing and claims to research it over 5 hours a day. The other person is some weird, ungodly annoying stalker who is a total fanboy of Skyward Sword, and refuses to acknowledge and problems it might have... oh, and he's socially crippled, too.

... I love internet drama. >_<

Angus

Internet drama's funny. At least it's better than the crap I've been going through, losing things and having major repair bills everywhere.

I'm going to try a different Mexican place with the girl I mentioned in the Opposite Sex thread. Afterwards, we're getting snow cones. And this Sunday, I'm watching Summerslam with a friend of mine. Got to watch Wrestlemania with him earlier this year and that was fun so I'm looking forward to it. He's a real funny guy, so I'm glad I can hang out with him. It's nice to finally have someone to watch WWE with.

Commode

I just witnessed a robbery.  Well sorta.  I was walking up to the Barnes and Noble that is attached to the mall when a guy holding a hammer books it out of the store, followed a second later by a guy in a green shirt with a pony tail.  Apparently the guy with the hammer walked into the Reeds Jewelers a few stores down, smashed the glass display, grabbed a handful of jewelery, shoved it into his pocket, and high tailed it out of there.  I did talk to a cop who was outside of B&N where the dudes ran out and told them what I saw, but I don't think I can do much else so I left.

So yeah, interesting night.
It doesn't matter what you say, soon you'll be dead anyway.

Spark Of Spirit

I'm glad to hear you weren't hurt.

Someone around here has been slashing and stabbing dogs. This person has also apparently poisoned a few dogs in the past. I really hope they catch this horrible person soon. This person is sick and needs to be stopped before they go any further.
