It's not exactly retro, but I'm proud to own a copy of Metroid Prime Trilogy.
Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

Intelligent Qube, probably.  I also own Rival Schools: United By Fate, which isn't THE rarest game out there but isn't exactly cheap nowadays, especially if you want the original case and manual.

Oh yeah, I have Rival Schools. I also have Tech Romancer on the Dreamcast. GameFan dedicated a whole article to calling it garbage, but it's a great game.

Club Nintendo's final batch is up

STILL no Yoshi Story or Kirby 64 (I would spend coins on them, but not money) but otherwise there is a lot there.

kirby 64 is 2d, right?
2D gameplay with 3D graphics. I actually really love the game, but I think that might be due to nostalgia.

Wonderful 101 for 600 coins.

If I didn't already get this week 1, I would be all over it.

Wonderful 101 was the first Wii U game I bought. :)

I really can't believe I wasted those coins on Zelda 1 for 3DS now, though... argh.

Kirby 64 is one of those games that I think escapes the nostalgia label. If anything, the game has gotten better since its release, as it's no longer uncool for a platformer to be 2D.
