Ah, okay.

I do get what you mean though, just wasn't sure if you were referring to anything in particular.
Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

And because tonight is the VMA's, here are my favorite music videos:

1- Van Halen- "Hot for Teacher"
2- Billy Joel- "We Didn't Start the Fire"
3- Peter Gabriel- "Sledgehammer"
4- Bob Dylan- "Subterranean Homesick Blues"
5- Type O Negative- "My Girlfriend's Girlfriend"
6- Red Hot Chili Peppers- "Dani California"
7- Queensryche- "Silent Lucidity"
8- Paul Simon- "You Can Call Me Al"
9- Smashing Pumpkins- "Tonight, Tonight"
10- Megadeth- "Sweating Bullets"

Honorable mentions go to "Right Now" (I didn't want 2 songs by the same artist on the list, even if there's a difference between Dave and Sammy; I also could've added in "I Don't Wanna Be Me" by Type O), "Thriller (obviously), "You Could Be Mine" and "November Rain" (one is excellent product placement, the other is bombastic to the point where even David O. Selznick would think its overdone- both are good qualities, but since I'm not a big GNR fan, I didn't see a need to add either in), and "Remember December" (heehee).

Edit: Oh! And "Holy Diver". Duh!

Oh shit, I forgot this.

Is it just me, or does it sound like they say Brak during a lot of the song? I always thought that [as] should have done a parody of this video, starring Brak obviously.

Too many fags, too much blow
And then Mick and I split up and I said,
"Kid, it's time to take a little bit of a hiatus."
So I got myself a gig at the coffee shop
and I love it.
Why don't you take that corner booth,
I'll take your order in a minute...

Remember when I said that I had my own top 40 from the top 40 list?

Well, I have the songs numbered, and enough planned for me to write about each of them, but is there interest in me posting the list? Oh, and do you like that tentative title?

If you remember this list, no, I haven't forgotten about it. I gave up on my early lead for it while working on last week's Cartoon Cartoons article, and life kind of worked away from me being able to follow up on it since. And since I'm working on this week's article now, I probably won't have time to post my next entry.

It's not like there's a whole lot of interest, anyway.

To be fair, the board does kind of run terribly, and I don't think there's much activity.

But I do enjoy reading.
