In case you haven't heard the news recently, Comcast decided to move CN up a tier (http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Channels-and-Programming/Cartoon-Network/m-p/3089320) beyond the basic cable package. If you have Xfinity and want to watch CN, you'll have to pay them more money.
I doubt many people will want to do this, so CN's ratings are going to suffer even more than they already have.
Yeah, I noticed a few days ago. Saw quite a few people saying they're gonna cut the cord for this. Cartoon Network was already suffering as it is. This is just cutting off a leg. Instead of convincing people to upgrade their program, it'll only drive them to pirate sites. I'm sure the KimCartoon guys are frolicking at this news.
I do want to know if this was entirely on Comcast, or did CN execs actually think this was a good idea too.
I've been able to watch it on Xfinity just fine today. Judging from the thread about this on TZ, it seems this is only in select areas.
