"We moisten your dreams with man urine"
Love that [as] is playing this again.
"Why must we hurt the ones we love? Why, Banjo, why? Banjo? Banjo? BANJOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
I really want to watch Blood Dumpster. If it gives SG nightmares, it must be worth watching.
But why? Its just 22 minutes of a guy running down a tunnel!
I haven't seen this show in so long... I need to get on that.
One of the most quotable shows ever. These late-run episodes have some great lines:
"That dog's ass had some great promotional offers."
"Sure, we can talk about anything. So long as Sister Mary Moltar isn't in the room."
"Which one is Zorak? Tom Servo, or..."
"Say what asshole?"
"Dennis, you've played a number of cops. Tell us how you came to be Robocop."
"Hang on, Peter. I'm way too angry to check out each off-Broadway production of Robocop. I'll wait until it's on-way."
TV is power, baby. Sexy power. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNI66WsP2aQ)
God, I love this episode. Chad Ghostal is fucking awesome.
This should be playing around 4:30 in the morning EVER FREAK'N DAY (except maybe Saturday, that's DRR!! encore slot)
It's just the right time of the morning for Space Ghost Coast to Coast humor
The most random episode of Space Ghost ever. Also one of my favorites. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBrIyvr3g5g)
SURFBOARD
So this is back on AS' schedule now. Every night at 4:00/3:00.
Why is it that whenever Space Ghost returns for it's annual brief stint on DVR Theatre they always play the same episodes? They always just seem to play seasons 7 and 8. I even still have those episodes recorded in my DVR from the last time. Don't get me wrong, those seasons are full of winners like "Baffler Meal," and in general SG is always great to watch, but why can't they air the first six seasons? Seasons 7 and 8 were the only two actually made for [adult swim], but it's not like they shouldn't have the rights to the previous six. That wouldn't make any sense. I'm frankly just disappointed that those episodes haven't aired on tv for such a long time, but [as] still just goes back to seasons 7 and 8 instead. :-\
Ugh... It had to be THOSE episodes?
Frankly, I thought the [AS] seasons of Coast to Coast were the worst. All that forced swearing due to the writers' newfound freedom from their old "children's network" shackles nearly ruined the show for me.
I agree that they need to bring back the old seasons.
AS is airing season 4 episodes for the rest of this week. Albeit, seemingly out of order.
ABOUT DAMN TIME! :joy:
Man, I haven't seen the long version of "Fire Ant" in so long. Seeing Space Ghost crawl on the ground chasing an ant around various backgrounds for ten minutes straight is priceless. Lovin' this Space Ghost marathon! ;D

Holy shit! I thought they'd lost that version forever.
That was great! I only watched a couple of episodes, but still.
In case anyone missed it, here are the bumps that aired during the marathon last night. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJWzXggJoyg&feature=youtu.be&a)

Clay Martin Croker, voice of Zorak and Moltar on Space Ghost: Coast to Coast and its spinoffs, has passed away, according to Jason DeMarco. (https://twitter.com/Clarknova1/status/777385386259734528)
R.I.P.
His Zorak and Moltar were such great performances that redefined those characters for a generation raised on SGCtC. He'll be missed. R.I.P.
Not only were Zorak and Moltar great characters over 3 different good shows, but his Moltar was the original host of Toonami, so his voice really was a big part of CN history.
RIP
Since he worked on the animation too for Space Ghost Coast to Coast, you could say he was one of the founding fathers for Adult Swim.
So sad..Rest In Peace, Clay.
In honor of Clay, Adult Swim has uploaded every episode of SG:C2C (http://www.adultswim.com/videos/space-ghost-coast-to-coast) to their website for free streaming. No cable login required.
Man, I wish I had time to binge through all of it. I'll have to make sure to at least revisit a bunch of the early episodes whenever I get the chance.

Do you ever try binge-watching by seasons? Watch a season, take a break, watch a season, take a break... I find it easier that way.
Most SGC2C eps are only 12 minutes long anyway. You can get through an entire season in about two hours.
I just don't have a lot of time to watch much tv in general nowadays. When I do, I prioritize the select number of shows I'm still keeping up with, plus rewatching stuff in the Anime Episode tournament. But I'm definitely going to sneak in SGC2C episodes whenever I get the chance. It's been far too long since I've seen those early seasons, after all.
Yeah, I'm really starting to run out of time to watch stuff, too. But I've set up a small playlist of episodes to watch again, and I'm hoping to sneak a couple in soon.
Holly Aguirre wrote a heartfelt article on C. Martin Croker at Cartoon Brew. I normally don't recommend CB, but since this is about Clay, I feel this deserves an exception.
