Sometimes, I do think that eating at the Hill House is a horrible experience. Hank does not strike me as the kind of man that would season his meats, they usually buy the most generic brand of food (The fact that they drink Mega Lo Mart soda over name brand) and while Peggy is probably a decent cook, Bobby is clearly better in that regard based on that one episode where he took Home Economics seriously and read a cooking magazine/book and he was able to surpass Peggy like that. So, I would imagine that his love of propane and being bland with cooking would make me wanna eat something else.

Bookworm bit me for the first time in ages, and I've been eating through books like I used to again. Probably a temporary thing though. Anyway, favorite books I've read lately are Solenoid by Mircea Cărtărescu and Piranesi by Susanna Clarke. I really recommend those if you're looking for something weird and Borges-like. Piranesi in particular if you want something you can read in under a day.

It's Hank's fault for having bad taste. As a kid, I used to think he had a point because of how earnest he was about his love for propane, but then I found out you can't get that smoky flavor when using it, and now Hank just comes off as an idiot to me.

My favorite thing was learning about how Bobby decided to learn Japanese Robata Grilling, which uses charcoal as it's form of cooking. Gotta love how this probably disappoints Hank somewhere.

Really emphasizes that "Adult Swim is just Warner Bros wearing a weed hoodie" take I saw a while ago. A little depressed that bootlickers exist though, since I assumed AS fans would be a little more sympathetic to struggling workers.

And of course there are bootlickers who think Andy and Carey Means are in the wrong for taking shitty contracts when they just wanted to make art with their friends and deserve better than they're doing.

At least Andy has finally received SOME residuals.

This man cannot catch a break. I still find it to be a big shame that a guy that responsible for most of the entertainment kids received is reduced to working as an Amazon driver.
