Only the Xbox port has co-op for some reason. PC version does not.
The Metal Slug games are of course near the top of my list (thanks for reminding me though)

So, how good is Doom 3's co-op?

The horror aspect is diminished by having two people, but the co-op also makes it a lot more fun to play.
