Long Way North

Saw this movie last night. Beautiful art and animation with jaw-dropping backgrounds, endearing characters, and an emotionally driven story fueled by the simple but resonant motivations of the characters and their relationships. Nothing ground-breaking, but an immersive and engaging experience nonetheless. Up there with Kubo as my favorite animated film of the year so far. If you get the chance, I highly recommend you guys check it out. It's criminal that there were only two people at the screening I went to, myself included. Granted, it was a 10pm showing on a monday night...but still!
