Super Mario 64 (The first truly good 3D platformer, and IMO it has aged fine enough to still be fun to play)
Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando (Haven't played enough of it, but I love what I have played of it)
Batman: Arkham Asylum (It's OK, but personally I think it's pretty overrated)

Persona 4 - It's great, but not really one of my favorites as far as SMT goes
Rayman 3 - Pretty good 3D platformer

Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando - Perhaps the best Ratchet & Clank game
Batman: Arkham Asylum - One of the few 3D Metroid-style games to actually get it right (aside from, you know, Metroid Prime)
Super Mario 64 - Excellent 3D platformer, especially for the time period

It's Monolith's (the F.E.A.R. devs) first game. You should play it. Probably the best Build engine FPS, if not 90's FPS.
