I think about the only bad thing I've heard about the Ultimate Genesis Collection is that it doesn't include S3&K.

And Sonic 2 & Knuckles. And no online SoR.

Garou: Mark of the Wolves (One of the most entertaing 2D fighting games that I have played)
Ninja Gaiden (A true classic, but unfortunately so are all of the other games in this match, and I say this as a die-hard NG fan)

Super Mario 3D Land - The first portable Mario platformer that I really dug
Metal Gear Rising Revengeance - Revengeance as a title never fails to make me giggle at its silliness
Pokemon Black/White - X/Y is looking better and better to me

Garou: Mark of the Wolves - I'll go on record saying this is my favorite fighting game
Resident Evil 4 - The first RE game I could actually play. Fun stuff.
Ninja Gaiden - Great game, but replaying II on my 3DS really shows how much was improved
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic - Not my cup of tea
