Lady MacBeth
Boyd Crowder - Probably my favorite character in Justified, Boyd's criminal enterprises are always interesting to watch and Walton Goggins delivers a great performance.
Justin Crowe - Perhaps my favorite Clancy Brown role, Justin was a great character; thorn between his faith and original desire to do good and his role as the Avatar of darkness. He and his sister were both great villains.
Medusa - My favorite villain from Soul Eater, wonderfully despicable. Ultimately though, I like the ones above her more.

Stavrogin - Arguably Dostoevsky's most disturbing character.

Caiera - Probably my favorite comic book villainess. Planet Hulk is still my favorite Hulk anything. You folks should check it out.
Chase Young - His first Xiaolin Showdown episode is the absolute best one. If every episode was that good, I'd like the show about as much as say Sym-Bionic Titan. The episode fucking rocks. Also, excluding him actually being..well young or weakened, Chase Young seems to only lose when he transforms. I find that to be hilarious.
