I've counted the votes and there's currently a three-way tie between Giller, HIM and Venom. With that in mind, I'm going to keep the matches open for a bit longer, in case anyone who hasn't voted yet wishes to do so.

Venom: 19 pts
Giller: 16 pts

As you can see there's still a tie between Venom and HIM. Anyway, you should know the drill by now.

I'll have to pass on match 43.

Match 44:

Yukio Michio - Johan before Johan! Also easily the best villain, and one of the best characters, Tezuka ever created.
Captain Battleship - The best villain in Bobobo. Has a surprising amount of depth to him, in a series that doesn't take itself at all seriously. The final episode of his arc is still one of my favorite anime episodes.
Alex Rosewater - A guy who fancies himself a savvy member of the elite, but really a man-child with a superiority complex and daddy issues. His scheming was so much fun to watch.
The Weird Sisters - I like how they manipulated Demona and Macbeth from behind the scenes for so many years, even if they were just following The Archmage's orders.
The Sea King - God do I love the Sea King arc of OPM. This guy was a total freak.
