Listen to the album "Credit In Heaven" and I think you'll be a fan. They only had about 3 albums, but they were all pretty good in different ways.

Hmm...this is a toughie for me:

1. "Under Star" - Great song and visuals that do a great job at pumping you up to watch the show.
2. "Ai wa Kurayami no Naka de" - Clash of Red and Black, baby.
3. "Rise" - Some nice, quick cuts here. Would have put it second if I didn't like the song in the Conan opening more.
4. "Wake Up" - Fun in a lot of respects, but I prefer the other three openings in this match overall.

Under Star- Fun song with great visuals to get you pumped up
Rise- Not a fan of the show, but it's a very well-done opening
Conan- Fun, though kind of blends in with a lot of standard opening songs
Wake Up- Eh, not one of my favorite OP openings

I know. Crunchyroll has HnI The Fighting but I'm guessing that's not the first series.

Nope. That's series 3, and kind of when the story starts losing steam, IMO. The first series makes for a really good self-contained story, though. The entire show was dinnerware released in English, but the DVDs are pretty hard to come by.
