It's another good one. What a surprise.

"Ask DNA" - Very cool, with some amazing subtle animation here.
"Soushou Innocence" - Pretty exciting, kick-ass stuff.
"Keroro March" - The iconic SGT. Frog opening. Made a good first impression on me back when I saw it in '08, I tell you what (though it's no Afro Gunso). 
"Hikari" - Good, but has a weaker song than the others, and plays out more typically too.

My Picks:

"Monotone Summer" - Not that exciting visually, but the song is just so good. I also like the use of doors in the opening, considering this is the opening for the  "Inaba the Dreammaker" OVA.
"Ohayou" - Again, not that exciting visually, but the song is nice.
"What's Up People" - Crazy stuff, but the song can get a bit grating at times.
FOTNS English Opening - I like the beat, but the timing with the footage is haphazard and left little impact to me.

What's Up People?- Not entirely my thing, but it's fun in a crazy sort of way
FOTNS- Wow....they traded in the badass Japanese opening for this crappy clip show? So boring.

Fist Of The Northstar - Gets me pumped to watch the English show every time.
Ohayou - It took me some time to like it but now I love it! Catchy.
Urusei - That was so boring.
Death Note - What the hell was that shit? The opening taught me nothing about the show and the song was painful to listen to. Would not bang.
