There doesn't seem to be plans for a sequel series, but there will be a prequel comic series from Kaboom.
Er, I guess it's just a one-shot. But this definitely will get my money.
Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

Marathoned this myself too this morning. Very well done overall. A lot of good songs here and there, a soundtrack release for this would be good. Elijah Wood did a terrific performance as Wirt, and Greg was a fun loving kid with infectious happiness without being annoying at any point. Beatrice was the best out of the three of them though, I loved her sardonic personality.

Was it Christopher Lloyd playing The Woodsman? He was great too. I liked that twist with him and The Beast. Creepiest part of the series has to be those pumpkin people. Brrrr.  Anyway, it'd be cool if this got picked for a full series but I'm perfectly content if this is it. The story just felt so complete at the end that I'm not certain how a sequel series would work.

No matter what, the creators of this show need to make more stuff. I can't wait to see what else they can do.

Yep, that was him! Every time he spoke, I almost wanted to blurt out, "Marty, I need you to come back with me!"

The Shadow Gentleman

This is one of my favorite series to come out this year, animated or otherwise. It's very well done and the music is amazing.

CN needs to do more series like this. It's the best thing they've done in a long time.

In case you didn't get a good look at the Beast when they briefly shined a light on him at the end there.

Whenever I see that I always think of "ISAAC!"

Mr. Big

I marathoned through this mini-series. VERY well done! Very poignant.

I hope CN does more mini-series in the future.

For anyone who cares, CN is going to air all 10 parts tomorrow at 5:30 PM instead of one of their usual Flicks. Well, I guess that's one way to re-air this mini-series, since airing all 10 parts ad-nauseam would get tiresome real quick & maybe the fact that they said it was a special event of sorts. Though that does make me question how they manage to repeat the same Sonic Boom episodes at noon.

i might see what all the fuss is all about then.

I would have been surprised if they weren't planning on releasing it on a home video format, considering the praise and attention it received.
