Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

Round 1: Match 16

Kyoko Chigusa Otonashi (Maison Ikkoku)

VS.

Rikiishi Toru (Ashita no Joe)

VS.

Thorfinn (Vinland Saga)

VS.

Date Masamune (Sengoku Basara)

My Picks:

Kyoko Chigusa Otonashi - One of my top favorite anime/manga characters. A complicated character that feels uncertain about moving on and investing herself in another emotional relationship, yet growing feelings for Godai and increasingly conflicted about what she truly wants as time goes by. The episode where she finally decides to yet Soichiro go and move on with her life is one of my favorite scenes ever in anime or manga.

Thorfinn - His character arc from being little more than a villain driven by revenge to someone who is able to fight for what is right and just in a non-violent way was excellent, and he's become a true hero worth rooting for.

Rikiishi Tooru - The best rival in any sports anime/manga ever. Drove Joe to be the best boxer he could while he himself pushed his body to it's breaking point in order to fight him in the ring.

Date Masamune - I haven't watched Sengoku Basara yet.
