Season 7 premiere date revealed!

It's a longer wait than usual, but at least the show will remain on FX proper.

I'm really, really glad it's remaining on regular FX.

Worth the wait just for that, honestly. Had season 7 really aired on FXX, I fear it would have been the series' last.

One thing that I'm not happy about is how the season 6 release is postponed until March.

Am I the only one who doesn't like how the studios won't release a show on DVD/Blu/Netflix until the week before its next season starts? Who has the time to watch a full season in a week to play catch up? I was hoping that Fox would have stuck to January as planned, and maybe just market the season 6 release when 7 was about to start.

As someone who owns the first five seasons on DVD, and still has to catch up on season six before the new season starts, that really pisses me off.

Oh, have you been enjoying the show?

I mean, you're collecting the DVDs, so I'd assume so, but do you have a favorite season or character thus far? I know that comedy has always bene something that you're a little picky with (isn't that true of everybody, though?), but I'm glad that you seem to like the show, since it's always been right up my alley.

Of course, I say this after I recently watched the pilot with someone else who is particularly picky about comedy, and she didn't care for it at all.
