That's true, but I like the change of pace myself.

I actually don't own any of the sets yet, but that will change in an instant if and when Netflix removes it. I'll probably buy this one for my best friend though. His girlfriend used to buy them for him for Christmas, but since they're not together anymore, I'd rather not have him do it himself.

I *might* make the switch to Blu-Ray with the next set though. Normally if I've already started a dvd collection of a show, I don't like switching formats part way through my collection. I'm weird like that, but for Archer, I'm willing to make a switch.

He got the first season on DVD, but he's been doing Blu since 2. It isn't that weird.

My local Best Buy was selling all three seasons for $8 each. Even though I've got Netflix, getting the three seasons together for $25 seemed like a pretty good deal to me, so I bought 'em. Makes up for not getting anything on Black Friday in any case.

Methinks the "Archer's big face" is just the slipcover case, and the old style is underneath it. Because that image on a slip cover is the only one I'm seeing in stores. Will have to pick it up soon.
