If anything, I prefer San Andreas since it dropped the franchise's aquaphobia.
Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

I think I like Super Mario World more than Chinatown Wars.

Why are you talking about Mario in a Grand Theft Auto thread?

I also like Super Mario World more than Super Mario Bros. 3, personally, but I think someone on the board considers me to be the epitome of evil just for having that opinion. :humhumhum:

Just beat it again

Gotta love Miiverse being on the PC.

I appreciate it more than I have in years, but I think I'd still give the edge to SMB3. Though NSMBU is pretty awesome, too.

I love both games to death, of course. They were both a huge part of my childhood. I suppose that for whatever reason, though, SMW is the game that I tended to pick up and play more often.

That said, there are VERY few 2D Mario games that I could ever go wrong with. And either way, I still feel that Yoshi's Island beats them both out by miles (because....its kind of my favorite platformer ever created ;) ). Which reminds me....I really hope that new Yoshi game turns out to be great.

SMB3 and SMW are kind of tied as my favorite 2D Mario games. Though I might side with 3 by a teeny tiny bit. That said, both games are just awesome. And at the rate things are going, I don't think any future 2D Mario games will ever top them... I mean, the New Super Mario Bros. games are good, but I don't know. I feel like their charm is so dead at this point. 2D Mario deserves the same creativity as 3D Mario, and yet they aren't giving it. :??:

The 3DS sequel to Yoshi's Island? Or the Yarn game? I'm thinking the 3DS game will be great. Yarn Yoshi (or whatever it's called) looks like it'll be charming, but I didn't particularly care for Kirby's Epic Yarn, which this looks to be a "sequel" to.

Spark Of Spirit

I have a lot of faith in Yarn Yoshi since Good Feel made Wario Land Shake It which has a lot in common with Yoshi's Island. I hope it ends up closer to Island than Story, anyway.

I still can't decide which I like more between SMB3 and SMW. Both are just so great it's almost impossible for me to pick one. SMB3 has some amazing level design and really great power-ups. SMW holds many secrets and it introduced Yoshi. Really difficult pick...

Wow, 3D Land bored me to tears, but that looks AMAZING.

Not expecting Galaxy-level quality, but 3D World at least it looks more interesting now than it did in that first trailer.
