I know it may seem stuffy but who here besides me listens to classical music? Its great stuff to unwind to now and again.

I've found myself listening to more contemporary composing nowadays, like Bear McCreary's work. But indeed, the odd Chopin helps soothe the soul every now and then.

Like Jazz, this is sort of out of my depth. But I do really like classical music.

I just don't know as much about it like I probably should.

Classical isn't really my thing, but my taste in music is a bit... abnormal, as you guys know. I can definitely see the appeal in classical, though.

Currently got Stanislaw Richter playing Liszt coming out of the old Cambridge Soundworks. Surprisingly powerful stuff for piano music, maybe its the orchestral accompaniment from Kondrashin.

I am a big fan of classical music, particularly from the late 19th Century and 20th Century music

Composers like:
Gustav Mahler
Arnold Schoenberg
Alban Berg
Anton Webern
Igor Stravinsky
Charles Ives
Claude Debussy
Maurice Ravel
Ben Britten
Bela Bartok
etc.

Sibelius Symphony No. 7 is what I am listening to right now.

It is quite magnificent.

Nah, I get nightmares of when I was in orchestra or taking piano lessons. ;)
