There was a new trailer for Dark Knight Rises before Cabin in the Woods. I liked this one a lot; movie looks great.

I'm guessing that's the same one they showed as a preview before The Avengers.

I enjoyed that trailer the most, myself. I like how it starts up slow and with no music but then progressively starts increasing the dramatic tension.

It doesn't really have me convinced whether the movie will be that good or not, but it peaked my interest in it just a little bit more. Either way I'll just wait for reviews of this one before I go see it, though I'm sure it'll at least be a good movie on its own. I still don't quite think it'll manage to top The Dark Knight, though, but who knows, I could always be wrong.

Foggle

I don't ever go to movies on opening night/week, so waiting for reviews is a pretty common occurrence for me. Though I'll probably end up seeing Seven Psychopaths on release day.

Yeah, it probably won't be. But Dark Knight is hard to top.

Avaitor

Yeah, it's really hard to top the one-two punch of Heath Ledger and Aaron Eckhart.

But Rises does look to be a fitting conclusion to Nolan's Battrilogy.
Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

Speaking of which, great poster.

Avaitor

Heh, gives me a bit of a Reservoir Dogs vibe for whatever reason.

Looks pretty kickass.

That cast list is legendary. The fact that it's from the same writer/director as In Bruges just makes it more awesome.

Avaitor

2, 6 and 7 are easily my favorites.

Same here, but I also love Colin Farrell. He's been in a lot of great films recently. Terrific actor when he lands a good part.

Avaitor

I do rather like what I've seen of Colin Farrell. I gotta convince my friends to go see this with me.

Thoughts?

"In this movie, we play witches."

Love it. Always was hoping we'd get a sequel one of these days. Can't wait.

Avaitor

I loved all of Brick's dialogue in here and the other teaser.

I'm still not sure if we really needed another Anchorman, but the teasers are cute enough, so who knows, it might not suck. The first was the only Will Ferrell movie I like, so I'm hoping that this doesn't screw it too much.

Spark Of Spirit

I'm hoping it turns out well. One of my favorite aspects of the original is how much it ramped up as it went along. It was surprisingly tame at the start.

I'm worried that they won't remember that with this one since McKay and Ferrel haven't quite replicated or surpassed that amazing pacing yet.
