I'm pretty sure this is from the third Ryo-Ohki OVA, which indeed never aired on Toonami.

In case you don't know, the first two Ryo-Ohki OVAs were the original episodes of the show, and were packaged together as the first series on Toonami.

The anticipation for the final show is killing me.

I know it doesn't have a snowball chance in hell of happening, but I want to see Sailor Moon or Hamtaro book end the block.

Considering how far behind we're getting since the Tenchi ep was so long, it might end with a classic Space Ghost cartoon or something. Which I think would be fitting, since the very earliest stages of Toonami were dedicated to showing old action HB cartoons like that.
