Any 2D Mario game (including Yoshi's Island), Jak & Daxter, A Crack in Time, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Sonic Colors, Sonic Generations, Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, Mega Man X1-4, and Shovel Knight are the games I went out of my way to 100%.

I don't go for 100% much outside of main game content, but there are a few games that push me for 100% completion for side stuff. Not many, though.

The reward for collecting all the masks in Majora's Mask is immensely satisfying, and the process of getting them is great. I'd go as far as to say the game is simply incomplete unless you get all of them.

That's probably the coolest playable version of Link in any Zelda game.

i got all the weapons in cave story and the true ending.

i completed both maps in sotn. while i will never try and get every weapon, i do have the sword of dawn, crissaegrim and masamune. i want to try and get heaven's sword without dying again. i got it once and then soon was killed before i could save and never saw it again.
