It's funny, Name was pretty normal on the ADJL board until just around the time the show ended, which is when she started trolling. I think she was just messing around for a while, but the more we saw of her, the more legit her beliefs became. Even when I'd talk to her off the record in private, she'd seem a lot more normal, but still fucked up.

Anyway, prepping up a new story time! It'll need to be its own post, though, and may be up later today.

Sorry this took so long, I was on and off and out and about all day, but here's Rissa in a nutshell.

You know, I used to think that Larissa (her real name's not a secret, since Rissa is only a shortened version of it, but no one really calls her by it) was wise well beyond her age. Looking back, I still think that she's very well-read for her age, but she is still like a young teenager in that she's very curious, albeit maybe more so than most people her age. Sexually and philosophically. Her dad is a psychiatrist, so that's probably why she is.

Before she joined the Sonny With a Chance board we were on (well, I guess it was a Disney Channel board altogether, although the SWAC section was by far the most popular, since that's where most people logged into, it's board on the site is where the off-topic discussion thread laid, and it was easily the most discussed show. Wizards was second, and non e of the others came close to those two. Hannah Montana didn't even have a sub-section at that point.), Rissa and her friend Lexi made an RP board called Mayfield, which was kind of like a high school where Disney Channel characters and some originals all went to school together and they acted out their adventures, or something to that extent. Lexi went to the board for a little while then, and had some of its members join it. The ones that went all really started to like Rissa, and told her to join the SWAC board, and since she loved the show and a lot of other Disney stuff, she decided to take up their offer after a while.

Eventually Mayfield died though. Rissa and Lexi had a serious falling out IRL (I forget all of the details, but it was pretty fucked up from what I recall; some of what I remember included Rissa being very close to Lexi's sister, I think to the point that it was because of her that she came out as bi, and when they fell out, it really messed her up), to where Lexi stopped posting, even though she was the root admin. Rissa and a few others still remained, but most of them left after Rissa turned it into a place to let out her sexual fantasies. She had me join around the time it was dying, and after checking it out a little, I never really went back. I'm not into RPing, and it really didn't seem like a fun place to be.

But yeah, Rissa joined the SWAC board around the end of the summertime last year, which was supposedly "TEH BEST SUMMER EVAS". Greg, the board's admin, really took a liking to her, because she was so open and would go out of her way to talk to him, and a lot of members started to like her too. But from what I understand ,she left for a couple of months after joining to go to treatment, I think at least partly because of the drama she had with Lexi and her sister. She came back after a while, and I think she returned a little different, and her problems became more and more apparent.

Larissa can be a sweet, intelligent person, but she's also VERY manipulative, extremely paranoid, and way too down on herself. Just about everyone agrees with this now, and some people on the board got that hint fairly soon after getting to know her, because even she knows it and will admit it, but a lot of us fell for her bluffs initially.

The people that started to dislike her were a part of that summer, who thought she was sucking up too much to Greg and would skirt under the line too much, which in hindsight, were fair points. After you made 5K posts, you could have a custom title on your profile, and hers was originally something like "Queen gumdrop", and if you recall, gumdrop was a censored version of the word bitch on the board. Eventually she changed it to "bad-ass ballerina", which was also pretty risque considering the age group of the forum users (I think the mean of the site was like 16 overall, but there were members that were as young as 10 on there).

These people started to dislike her to the point that they were very against the idea of Rissa being promoted to a mod, even though Greg was looking to update his staff, since some mods were becoming considerably less active as the year went by. Even though she really wanted to become one, Rissa agreed, and when he was going to add a new mod to the staff, they decided on this one guy instead that she was getting really close to, this 30-year-old guy that is just as obsessed with Demi as I am (I'll get more into him eventually). Shortly after, he needed to add another new mod in, and since Greg's co-admin at the time, whose name was Kaliet, agreed with the idea that Rissa being put into power would be bad, they decided on her forum bff Servy (who was one of the people from Mayfield to convince her to join the board) to become a mod instead.

I'll also say now that a lot of this is fuzzy for me, especially what happened before my time. I didn't join the board until the first of December, just before Servy became a mod, although I did lurk a little and check out the board about a month before. So I might get some things wrong and if I do, I'll try to correct what I can.

But yeah, shortly after I joined, I eventually got to know a lot of the people on this board well, including Greg. It took Rissa a little while to get acquainted with me though, because for some reason, she and the guy she was close to thought I was an alt of TK, Greg's old ex-admin that went crazy, trolled the board, tried to get everyone against him, and raised enough hell to the point that he got banned, then made another account and was "forgiven", but still acted like a psychopath and got banned again, but was eventually moved up to only being suspended, in that he can lurk in his profile and send PMs, but just can't post. He's made a couple of alts ever since then, because he was on suspension for a while, and since I was a guy and had somewhat similar taste to him, they thought I was him. Eventually I proved them wrong, because I'm not a creepy douchebag like TK, and we were even on a tinychat together, where we acted like exact opposites.

Although it took Rissa little longer to gain my trust. We were talking about girls and self-consciousness in one thread, and I said that I'm not one that's crazy about super skinny girls, and somehow that really hurt her, because she is extremely thin. The kind of skinny where you still have a big ass and happen to be quite tall for your age, but still maybe a little too thin for your own good. She's a ballerina and doesn't like junk food, so it makes sense, but still.

I tried to personally apologize to her, and it worked. We got to talking some other time later, and she really started to like me, to the point that we'd send constant PMs to each other. To where we'd IM non-stop. Even to where we texted all the time, albeit on her iPad so her parents didn't find out, and if we weren't texting, we'd be IMing.

But this isn't about our relationship, not entirely at least. I've already covered that elsewhere.

But anyway, around the time I joined is when the supposed "forum war" really started to heat up. The war consisted of the old guard, most of the members that were there for the summer, and the new guard, with some of those people, including Greg, and the ones that joined after the summer. Basically the belief was that the old guard didn't like us, but in all honesty, I think they just mostly disliked Rissa and didn't mind the rest of us.

And I think she knew that, which is why she got some of us to side with her. She'd come to me and others, crying about how mean they were to her, and get us to sympathize with these "bitches". And it worked, because a lot of them seemed cold and overly sarcastic. Plus, the fact that they made their own board to "keep an eye on us", ala TZWatch, like Rissa said they did, was not good in their favor.

It got to a point where she had to put her activity on invisible at all times, so only people on staff could see when she was online or what she was doing on the board, and she'd mostly be on to talk to the four or five people she really trusted enough to help her in the war. Apparently the old guard was really against her becoming a mod, since her time was soon to come, and she and Greg were trying to figure out a way to put her on staff but to not upset everyone.

What they decided on was this ultimatum- Rissa would become a mod, but TK, the guy that fucked the board over time and time again but still had some close friends on the site, would be lifted from suspension and gain full access to the board again. They did both acts in one fell swoop, and announced it in the same thread. I think one of the biggest signs of how the old guard viewed Rissa was that just about everyone on that side was celebrating TK's return and ignored her, even bringing some people who didn't post on the board anymore to come back just to celebrate.

I think that set her off to fight back against everyone. Since they had their own secret board, we made our own and used character names from Inglorious Basterds to hide our identities just in case they found it. The only people using it were just me, Rissa, the 30-year-old I talked earlier, and Servy, who was also allowed access into their board at one point, but got banned.

Servy was a different case with them entirely. They used to really like her, but because she was so defensive of Rissa and, well, kind of a nutjob (it's hard to explain how, really), they eventually got tired of her. In fact, according to Rissa, their plan was to attack the board on her birthday in February. Don't know how much weight there was to that, but it wouldn't be good if we let them do that.

So on the board we kept ourselves updated about everyone on the old guard's views and plans, and what we should do. I don't really remember all we talked about, besides how some of them still hated Rissa, so I can't say what.

It's funny though, like the day after we made that board, one of the people on their side made a giant bitch-out to the board, using a lot of swears and saying some horrible things to us as a whole. Especially to Rissa, naturally. They banned her and deleted the post instantly, and Rissa made a new thread to celebrate the good of the forum.

Another thing that happened either before or after that, I forget when, but Kaliet, the co-admin, was stripped of her duties. She made a couple of questionable posts and actions with her rank around that time, like making a couple of random posts by various members be done by various other members on the board instead, including some that don't post there anymore.

They even pulled out a thread from the mod and admin section of the board to show us why Kaliet was removed. In it, she stated that she wasn't happy as an admin, among other things, and Greg instantly took the initiative to strip her of her power.

So that's all fine and well, and the "forum war" died down a lot after all of this, but you want to know the fucked up thing? Neither of these people made these posts.

Rissa and Greg hacked the member who made the giant rant's profile and IP, took a bunch of tinychat logs where she said things about various members, and copy-pasted a lot of them together into one post made by her from her IP. This member found out about it eventually and told one or two people, and the people who found out and were willing to reveal it to the board got temporarily banned just because of it.

I was one of the first person not on staff to learn about this, because Rissa did truly feel bad about doing it, and she told me it in confidence that I wouldn't reveal this to the public. And I kept good on my word, until recently, and I'll get to why in just a second.

After a while, Greg told her that he was "sorry" for doing all of that, and that she could make another account if she wanted to later on. Although he never lived up to his word, but after he left because of the vibrator thing, she was unbanned and posts regularly again.

As for Kaliet, a lot of the posts in the thread that was moved out to the public were edited by Rissa and her guy friend to make it seem like she meant all of this and didn't want to be on the board anymore. While she did admit that she was fine with being just a mod, she didn't want to lose all of her power so fast. She still posted on and off after all of this, and after a brief period of time, she was put back up as a mod. But after discovering the previous fallacy, she became very disgusted with the board and asked to be demoted again, although she still posted on and off ever since then.

Kaliet then revealed to just about everyone the whole thing, which is why I'm not keeping it a secret anymore. Everyone already knows, so why do I have to act like I've been out in the cold this entire time?

Okay, I've revealed most of the stuff about the forum war, and I've already talked about our falling out, and why she doesn't go online anymore. What else is there for me to talk about? Because I lost contact with a lot of people on the board after that, and I tried to not ask about her until just recently.

Oh, one thing is that after all of this drama peaked, Greg and Rissa made another board together, one for Nick and Disney shows. This is something Greg had been wanting to do for a while, to either expand the SWAC board to talk about Nick shows more, or to make an entirely different one, especially since Sonny was over at that point, and since Rissa loves having more power, she decided to help him. She even secretly became a co-admin for a brief period of time to check out the figures of the SWAC board to help make this one.

There isn't really much to say about this one, besides that they got a couple of other people to become mods that weren't on the SWAC board. Oh, and she and the 30-year-old stepped down as mods on SWAC to put their attention to this, and he even helped to pay for the development. But this board was never really active, and I believe it died about a month after I got banned, not even.

Something else I recall is that Rissa and Servy had a falling out that eventually got resolved, just because Rissa thought that Servy was stupid for getting a couple of points wrong about her Christian beliefs and thought that she wasn't a good mod despite pushing her to become one. Again, I don't even remember what specifically, but she used to be really annoyed at Servy and would tell me so. The joke's  on Rissa now since Servy is a co-admin.

Rissa nd the 30-year-old also had a falling out that was bloodier than mine. I kind of forgot why they stopped talking, but while I dropped all contact with her after she told me to, he got banned from the board she was admin on, and eventually on SWAC too. He continued to follow her Twitter, would send her good night tweets and replied to most of her posts, which is pretty weird since she didn't want to keep contact with her.

There was a one or two day period when she didn't get online at all, and he freaked out, even asking her best friend, whom he also followed on Twitter, and Servy what was up and to check up on her. After she found out about this, she sent a very hateful letter to him, I think on an e-Mail, saying that he was the one person she truly hated and that she wants him to leave her alone. I guess he eventually did, but I don't know what else happened on there.

I feel like I'm missing some stuff here, and I personally left out some things that would just be embarrassing to either one of us, but in all honesty, Larissa was such a fucked up person. all of this drama wouldn't have happened if she didn't come on and persist upon it. After she left, Servy told a lot of this to everyone else and confessed that she didn't miss Rissa at all, and literally everyone who still posts on there but one person agrees with that. And I kind of do, too.
