That part gave me a raging boner.

Naw but, I started watching it because I'm a dot.hack junkie and my friend told me it was similar. At the time, I didn't know nothin of the books and the show was in early airing, and honestly I wish it had ended with 14, maybe 15(I think that one was "return"?)...

I can't say anything about the fandom because I'm not familiar with light novels and their role in Japon society.. x:

First off, if I want to see Bryce Papenbrook voice the MC in an MMORPG anime, I'll stick with .hack/Legend of the Twilight Bracelet, tyvm.

Wherever it is or isn't, would that give the dubbers too much or not enough credit?
