Browser of choice?

There's a great deal of browsers at your disposal to surf the Internet. Which do you prefer? Also, what addons do you use (if any) to customize it?

For me, it's good ol' Firefox.

Addons: Adblock Plus, DownloadHelper, Greasemonkey, IE Tab, NoSquint, Status-4-Evar

I'm probably the only person on earth who thinks Firefox is just as good as Google Chrome. I can use either one just fine with no problems.

It's IE and Safari that I can't stand.

I usually use Google Chrome, but before that my main browser was Firefox.

I do however opt to use Firefox whenever I have to go online for school-related things, and have multiple tabs open. Google Chrome is a bit annoying in that if I accidentally click on the close button in the corner of the screen (which can occasionally happen due to my finicky mouse), it'll automatically close everything and I can't even refresh it. In Firefox I at least have a fail-save "Are you sure?" box come up to stop me from closing out of all of the work that I'm doing.

Also, Firefox has an add-on to stream Windows Media Player videos at double-speed, which I find really useful for lecture capture when I need to re-watch class lectures but don't want to have to sit through all of the slow-ass material at a regular speed. As far as I know, Google Chrome has no such feature.

For any casual browsing on the web, though, and for forums and such like this one, I usually use Google Chrome because for whatever reason it works faster on my computer. Firefox has a weird tendency to freeze up every now and then on my computer for no particular reason that I can figure out.

Oh yeah, one advantage with Firefox is that I can do school-related stuff on there more easily. There are certain functions I can't access on my campus's website while on Chrome, and even more I can't with Safari, so when I need to check my grades or reports, I have to open up Firefox again.

Chrome for me. Though I use IE to go on here and gmail.

Chrome. I used to use Firefox, but one of their updates pissed me off for some reason or another. Can't remember what it was though.

I switch between FireFox and Chrome for the most part. I only use Internet Explorer when opening GIFs on my computer since I can't view them on Window's Photo Viewer.

For me it's both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

I prefer to use Chrome when I post on the Big Cartoon Database because my posts show up as all Java Script when I need to edit them on Firefox. However, lately I've had to start switching to Firefox when I visit Toon Zone because the pages started to crash while loading on Chrome for some unknown reason. When it comes to Gmail, videos and general web browsing, they're both about the same, so my choice is based solely on preference.

I never use IE unless I have to, and thankfully, I haven't had to use it in quite a while. I still have IE View installed on Firefox, but I haven't needed to use it for anything since I downloaded Chrome.

Firefox. It's simple and fast enough for me.

Chrome because it works better with my addons. I use Firefox for school stuff too since I can't open certain items properly on Chrome.

Use Firefox on my personal computers, Internet Explorer in the ship(it's all they have), and mobile Safari on my phone.
It doesn't matter what you say, soon you'll be dead anyway.

Firefox on my desktop, Chrome on my laptop, though I have the other installed on both.

When I was a novice computer user, I used Internet Explorer because I thought that was the only game in town, but after having my browser hijacked twice, I remembered Leo Laporte and Kevin Rose from Tech TV's The Screen Savers kept recommending Mozilla Firefox, so I switched to that, and I used Firefox exclusively until a friend recommended Chrome to me. Now I basically toggle between both, as some places I go won't run on Chrome.

Firefox, yo.  With AdBlock Plus, and SaveImages.

I use Chrome for porn, and only for porn, although it can't handle as many tabs as Firefox without crashing.
I hate Chrome, I really do.  Even when I just use it casually, I have nothing but problems, memory leaks and crashes.  That's the way it's been, on four of my computers.  I understand that it works for other people, but I've honestly had nothing but bad experiences with it.

IE very very rarely, but it's a lot better than it used to be, I can tell you that.

Even though the refreshing bug sucks, I use Safari.

No-Personality

My computer is literally a nightmare, so I use IE. For almost everything. I use Chrome for E-Mail because it remembers my E-Mail and it's quicker. One button press or mouse click quicker.

I don't know what other people use... browsers for, I guess. I download video because computer's a nightmare and everything I watch jerks like crazy. Except for porn. IE or Chrome, any video I watch jerks like crazy. I truly doubt this would change were I to get Firefox or whatever because my computer sucks so much, there are jerks/chops in Solitaire's animation. Not kidding. And when I log on, the spinning circle actually freezes every now and then. So, I download everything I watch on YouTube and Blip. Everything. Watch that on VLC. Unless it's YouTube HD, then I use Media Player Classic. Which is what I use to watch DVD's.
Well, I got so burned out on the road
Too many fags, too much blow
And then Mick and I split up and I said,
"Kid, it's time to take a little bit of a hiatus."
So I got myself a gig at the coffee shop
and I love it.
Why don't you take that corner booth,
I'll take your order in a minute...
