One Piece is. But FMP isn't even that popular anymore. Overrated implies that something is popular and well-liked overall when it doesn't deserve to be (in at least a few people's views). Way to show that you don't understand basic English terminology.

The 2nd Best Mecha Anime Ever (And still the only Gundam series that I really like)
The Dark Subversion of the Magical Girl Genre (Out of the 2 magical girl anime that I've seen, this is the best one)
The 3rd Best Space Western Anime Ever (Depending on my mood it could occasionally be the 2nd best)
The Regular Version of the Magical Girl Genre (I do think its entertaining for what it is, but I could never bother to finish it)
