I actually like country. Not the pop shit like Taylor Swift and that abominable Red Solo Cup song, but twangy guitars and banjos and harmonicas and stuff? Hell yeah.

Avaitor

I'm more of a blues fan myself. Country tends to do little for me for some reason.
Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

Blues is definitely far superior. I love blues. 8)

Iron Maiden- "Still Life"

Let's see you hear this on Sirius. Currently got Piece of Mind on, after finishing Killers earlier.

^"Urban Struggle" by The Vandals is playing right now on Sirius.  Anything is possible, considering not just one station plays Iron Maiden, several of them do.  I will say though that of all the Iron Maiden songs that I've heard so far on the service, "Run to the Hills" is one of the rarer ones.

Cyndi Lauper - Maybe He'll Know

Not as good as the Blue Angel version, but the outro is phenomenal. Great version altogether.

And they just played Fishbone on Sirius.  Yeah, better than regular radio.

Oh uh, "Fool for the City" by Foghot.

This song = instant good mood.  :happytime:

Kanye West - "Lost In the World/Who Will Survive In America"

Makes me want to dance.  :awesome:

EDIT: And now Yes - "Fly From Here"

I'm all over the place genre-wise tonight.

Iron Maiden- "Fear of the Dark" taken from Live at Donnington

I think I know the reason why this sounds so much better live today than it does in the original recording, which is also why this doesn't sound as great here- the song REALLY needs the push with the third guitar. Bringing Adrian back to play alongside Dave and Janick makes it sound a lot more epic and bigger than it does with just the two of them. Not to mention that Bruce's raspier voice from that era isn't a great compliment, and Dave used to do his solo a lot faster. It sounds so much better now, especially when you hear it up close, like I got to last year.
