My Picks:

"Don't Make Me Wild Like You" - I'm a bit biased towards this one, admittedly, but watching it always puts a smile on my face.
"Zero" - I've always found this to be a cool opening. In fact, watching this is what made me check out the show in the first place.
"Q&A" - I love the "WHO IS HE?"/"WHO IS BOURBON?" part.
"Hello, I love you" - A very cute opening appropriate for Dr. Slump, but the least interesting of this bunch for me this time.

1. "Q&A" (Detective Conan) - Conan has quite a few well done OPs, and this is one of them. Good use of both music and imagery.
2. "Don't Make Me Wild Like You" (Ranma 1/2) - Catchy and the whole thing manages to work.
3. "Hello, I love you" (Dr. Slump (1994)) - Cute and well suiting.
4. "Zero" (Sands of Destruction) - The song is soooo boring. The visuals are well done, but it can't make up for such a dull song.

1. "Don't Make Me Wild Like You" (Ranma 1/2) This anime was the first one where I never, never skipped watching the OP.  Love this!
2. "Q&A" (Detective Conan)  Cool and interesting. Never watched much Conan, but they seem to have a lot of good OPs
3. "Hello, I love you" (Dr. Slump (1994)) Cute and crazy! Maybe I'll watch this one...
4. "Zero" (Sands of Destruction) I like the show, but the OP never really grabbed my attention.

I suggest trying the manga first. Both anime are fun, but they are no match for the manga's comedic insanity and the animation does little justice to Toriyama's amazing artwork.

Hmm, I like these about the same so that makes this kinda difficult...:

"A Cruel Angel's Thesis" - Admittedly, I mainly like this because LK's parody of it is still stuck in my head, but it is a damn great opening itself, though.
"Guardian Angel" - Lots of interesting visuals timed quickly and effectively to a kickass beat. My kind of opening, all right.
"Ash Like Snow" - I really, really like the song. This opening is kinda the only thing I remember about 00 right now. ...I need to rewatch it sometime.
"Go Shock My Way" - I hate, HATE Toei's adaption of Toriko, but this opening is pretty fun. That said, I don't like it as much as the above.

1. "A Cruel Angel's Thesis" (Neon Genesis Evengelion) - Just dripping with classicness
2.   "Guardian Angel" (Texhnolyze)  - Like a strobe light inside my brain--can't take my eyes off it.
3. "Go Shock My Way" (Toriko)  - This was so darned fun to watch!
4.  "Ash like Snow" (Gundam 00) - Exciting, non-stop action.
