Ooh. I like these about the same, so this is a difficult one for me:

"YOU AND ME HAVE STILL GOT SO MANY THINGS TO SAY" - Okay, this is my easy first. I effin' love the song and the dub cast does a great job on it. I wish they dubbed more of the OVA openings.
"CAN'T ESCAPE IT, AIN'T NO USE IN TRYING" - Catchy, very catchy.
"I BELIEVE...YOU BE MINE" - Probably the best thing about the show.
"YOU ARE WATCHING ME, I AM WATCHING YOU" - Another good UY opening, but something had to give here.

Pe-ga-sus Fantasee! One of the most rememberable opening tunes ever. The animation is pretty cool as well.
Departure Better than what I remember and ah, the good old days where Killua had his skateboard and Gon had his fishing pole.
19 Years Old This was pretty cool
Yu-Gi-Oh Pretty forgettable. I only pay attention to King Of Games opening when D-d-duel is being said.

No. One Piece openings after #6, for example, have all been 2:30 minutes long.
