A trailer for a new Metal Gear game was released today at Gamescom.

And it looks nothing like Metal Gear.

Its an Alternate Reality game which means it isn't supposed be in the main series. Still awfully redundant to put Metal Gear's name on it.



But hey, we should all be grateful it isn't a pachinko game, right? Right? ;)

Well they released some TG-16 games on the Wii U Virtual Console. It would make sense to keep the trademark around since they own Hudson.

If you love Bomberman, it won't suck. Bomberman Live is pretty bare bones but as a big fan of the series, it still had a lot of replay value.

Even if they do release games for these series, they could end up hiring a bunch of dumb hipsters that aren't even "fans" of these games.
