So for the first time, I really looked at that top 100 and skimmed some of you guys' opinions. The only question I have is, how come some of you were against the idea of any of the DKC games being too high?

Dr. Ensatsu-ken

We have a DKC game in the top 30 on our list. I consider that to be pretty high.

Fair enough. Which one?

Dr. Ensatsu-ken

That'll only be revealed once we officially post up the list. ;)

Oh. Right. Sorry.

At any rate, being that we're on the topic of Donkey Kong, I'd like to mention that Camelot Software Planning (who previous did Shining Force, Golden Sun, a few Mario sports games, and other stuff) is currently interested in doing a DK64 sequel.

Spark Of Spirit

That's an odd choice of game and developer. As long as they cut out all the collecting.

By the way, there's apparently a NiGHTS game coming to XBLA/PSN.

Steam as well. It's an HD remake.

Well, its a good game, but personally its my least favorite of the DKC trilogy. I know Desensitized got turned around on it via the GBA version, and I know its a good game, but I really did try to love it, and to its credit it has some great creativity, but while I'm not sure what it is I feel like it lacks a certain charm that the first 2 games had that kept me coming back for more, which is why I never bothered to finish the game, myself (I only got a little more than half-way through it the last time I played it).

Kiddington

Personally, I love it.

It's not as great as the first two, but IMO, it's very underrated in the grand scheme of things. It has a sort of dark, sinister atmosphere to it that fits the series perfectly. And I absolutely love the soundtrack, despite not being from Dave Wise. These two tracks in particular are just perfect to me in every way.

So yeah, it's a good one. Again, not as great as the first two, but still a very solid game in its own right.
