My Picks:

This is tough round for me as I'm quite fond of all 4 of these series. That said, I'll still rank them anyways.

Great Teacher Onizuka (The most genuinely re-watchable anime of these 4, IMO)
Death Note (Completely ridiculous but also completely fun to watch)
Monster (This time I am going to peg it down for just being a straight-up copy/paste of the manga)
Black Lagoon (Its great, but doesn't quite measure up to the others for me)
