Streaming Demi's show in Chile, and she's pulling out a medley of "Get Back", "Here We Go Again" and "La La Land". Her band can still make her old hits sound fresh, and she's nailing it.

Well, many moons ago I used to live in Michigan, and the radio stations there played quite a number of Canadian bands. So I'm pretty familiar with them (more than most, I'm sure).

Another one-hit wonder from the 90's, and one that's probably known more for Katie Holmes than their actual music. Decent enough, though.

From Enchanted. It's a pretty solid song, although I can't help but wonder how it'd sound if the Jon McLaughlin of Mahavishnu Orchestra/Miles Davis fame performed it in the movie.

Yeah, it's pretty sad news.  Only 48 too.

I was at KFC getting dinner when I got the CNN news alert on my phone too.  I'm not racist or anything, I just thought it was a super strange occurrence, given the company I was in.
It doesn't matter what you say, soon you'll be dead anyway.

Yeah, I'm playing some of her stuff, too. She was never a big favorite, but she definitely had a great voice.
