Also, it's still crazy to me that there are people in their 20s that are born in the 90s.
Present. :D
we all know you're young as hell. :D You're 20, right?

I always thought Comeau was older than me (same age) and his posts about remembering things happening around the same time as me made me first suspect that we were. Also, talon is the same age as my brother who had a daughter last year. ;D

Foggle doesn't have a consistent age. He just kind of jumps around. Him being 20 yesterday doesn't mean he is 20 today.

gunswordfist

Yeah. I thought he was 18 not too long ago. :D I was honestly thinking about that when I posted.

He was 18 a few months ago. He's probably in the 22-25 age range this week.

Whoa. We're going big today. That's almost half of Spark's age, isn't it?

He's the square root of -24.5 years old.

I'm recently being told that Squirrel Boy was an unappreciated classic.

I'm definitely getting old.
Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

I knew that I was getting old the moment that I read someone on TZ describe Freakazoid!, which ran from 1995 to 1997, as "old-school".  :wth:

I can't say it makes me feel old, but it does feel weird to see people calling Dexter's Lab and Powerpuff Girls classics, when I can so vividly remember how often I watched them back in the early 00's. In about ten years the current CN crop will be "classics" too, which is also even weirder to think about. Time sure doe fly by fast.

Avaitor

I do consider some of the earliest CN originals as classics. They've been over for years and hold up now, so they fit the definition. That's fine.

It's just seeing the lamer, lesser shows that I never thought had many fans considered to be on that level which makes me double-check.

I'm uncertain when (if ever!) I'd refer to those shows as being "classics." They just don't seem old enough in my eyes for the same reason you've described.

By whom? Last I heard, Squirrel Boy was widely despised.

It's a new thing from younger people on the internet. Most anyone older than 17 still doesn't like it.
