I've been meaning to make this thread (the game reminded me to) since I read in a game magazine how Robert Kirkmam, the series' writer and creator, made so much happen in Volume 1 because he thought the series mighy get canceled fast.

How are the newer volumes? Or is Kirkman pretty much dedicated to just the live-action drama?

The latest I read is great. TWD is consistent and Kirkman has little say on the tv series (just play the games instead)
