Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

Well, I've counted the results and here they are:

Howl's Moving Castle: 9 pts
The Great Gatsby: 13 pts
Fahrenheit 451: 8 pts
Phantastes: 7 pts
Shadows Linger: 8 pts

The Castle of Llyr: 10 pts
Nighty Nightmare: 4 pts
Things Fall Apart: 14 pts
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire: 14 pts
The Lord of the Rings: 18 pts

As you can see, there's a tie between Things Fall Apart and Goblet of Fire, so I'm going to need one more vote for either one of them before we can move on.

Switch Goblet and Castle of Llyr in my rankings. That should allow Things Fall Apart to move on

Round 1, Match 26:

Vampire Hunter D: Raiser of Gales by Hideyuki Kikuchi

Vs

Love in the Ruins by Walker Percy

Vs

Vs

Frankenstein by Mary Shelley

Vs

Wise Blood by Flannery O'Connor

-------

My Votes:

Flashman at the Charge: Perhaps the best book in the series. In this volume, anti-hero Flashman finds himself caught up in the horrors of the Crimean War and later as a p.o.w. in Russia. As usual, MacDonald Fraser's mix of fact and fiction is top-notch and this book introduces both one of the series' best villains and heroines in Captain Count Ignatieff and The Silk One, respectively. Ignatieff is based on a historical figure, whether or not the same can be said about The Silk One, I don't know, but she's great and one of the many reasons why you should read this book.
Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norell: Been ages since I last read this one, I remember it being great though.
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
The Haunting of Hill House: Haven't read it, but I know that its considered a classic of the horror genre.
Out of the Silent Planet

Shogun
Frankenstein
Wise Blood
Love In The Ruins
Raiser of Gales: Haven't read any of the Vampire Hunter D novels, I've seen both movies though. Didn't care much for the first one, but found Bloodlust to be an enjoyable watch.

I love the hell out of Bloodlust. It was probably my second favorite anime movie for years.

Well, no-one expect for me and Spark seems to be voting. I'm thinking about wrapping these two up and move on to the next matches.
