Harime: I found her to be more entertaining villain than Ragyo.
Jake: Been awhile since I watched Tiger and Bunny, but I remember finding him more annoying than anything else.

Iago: Perhaps the ultimate example of the false friend who will stab you in the back, or worse, as soon as he's able. Also a great example of a villain who is an interesting character despite having no redeeming qualities.
Letho: One of the most compelling and memorable video-game antagonists in recent memory. I especially like the fact that he looks like the typical dumb thug when he's actually one of the craftiest manipulators in the game.
Sensui: Another great villain. Frankly, I'd be surprise if he didn't move on.
Nabiki: Favorite Ranma 1/2 villain.

Roger Chillingworth - A sinister figure motivated solely by his desire to punish Hester for her adultery by helping fuel Dimmesdale's psychological breakdown and Hester's alienation from Puritan society.
MacBeth - My favorite Gargoyles character and villain.
Poison Ivy - One of my favorite BTAS villains. All her episodes are great to me.
Nui Harime - Hilarious and insane.
Jake Martinez - Also hilarious and insane.

Nabiki Tendo - No, I don't think she's a better villain than Sensui or Iago...but as a character she is by far my favorite in this match and one of my most favorite anime/manga characters in general, so I'm putting her first.
