Lorraine - Since I'm probably the only one here who has read Rex Mundi, a brief description of this guy might be in order. The Duke of Lorraine is basically what you get when you cross Adolf Hitler with Napoleon Bonaparte. He believes that as a descendant of the Merovingian Dynasty, that it's his destiny to create God's Kingdom on Earth and exterminate all those he deem as inferior. At the same time, Lorraine is not only a power-hungry madman; he does reward loyalty, cares for the men under his command and seems to genuinely love his daughter. A great, underrated villain from a great underrated comic.
