Shin= 14 pts
Cyrus= 11 pts

Demona and Sir Crocodile move on to Round 2.

Round 1, Match 10:

John (Drunken Master II)

(I hope this is him)

Vs.

Two-Face (Batman: The Animated Series)

Vs.

Geechisu (Pokemon Black and White)

Vs.

Michael Corleone (The Godfather: Part II)

Vs.

The Governor (Walking Dead)

--------------

1. Michael Corleone: While he's not my favorite character in the movies, he did make for an excellent villain whose fall-from-grace between the first and second movie was fascinating to watch.
2. Two-Face: My favorite version of the character, by far.
3. The Governor: I've never read The Walking Dead (nor have I seen the TV-show), but from what I've heard of him, he sounds like a really evil bastard. By the way, I love the eyepatch.
4. John: Haven't seen the Drunken Master movies.
5. Geechisu: Maybe it's just me, but if I didn't know he was from a Pokemon game and did a GIS for the guy, I'd never have guessed that he's from a Pokemon game. He looks more like a Final Fantasy villain, at least to me.

1. Crocodile- Pretending to be the hero of Alabasta, just so he can find the blueprints for the ultimate weapon that even the World Government doesn't want back.

I thought that they did want it back, though, or at least wasn't CP9's mission to recover the blueprints intact? They seemed to be pretty pissed when Franky burnt them, at any rate.

From what I can recall, I think the Government just didn't want it in the hands of a pirate, which Crocodile technically was. I think I might have gotten them confused.

Which is also something I forgot to mention that while pretending to be the hero and a member of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, he was also the kingpin of Baroque Works.

How in the fuck can you prefer TDK's version? All Two-Face did in that movie was go for revenge. The deepest thing about him in that movie is.....he's evidence that good people can go bad. I'd dig up that review you had on Two-Face's final BTAS alone to show how much better he is in that show. I even prefer that Two-Face to any comic book version I've seen.

Oh and yeah, that's John. That's round is too fucking stacked to try strategy so this is my real order.

1. Two-Face (DC's greatest villain of all time)
2. John (Thank you for protecting my favorite actor's life, Ken Lo)
3. The Governor (ALL HAIL THE KING OF THE GREATEST THE WALKING DEAD ARC!!!!! The best writing zombies have ever been involved in since Dawn Of The Dead.)
4. Corleone (Not a favorite but can't ignore his greatness)
5. Geeunit or whatever his name is.

Round 1, Match 11:

Norman Bates (Psycho)

Vs.

MacBeth (MacBeth)

Vs.

Alonzo Harris (Training Day)

Vs.

The Master (Derek Jacobi)

Vs.

Norman Osborn (Spider-Man, Thunderbolts

--------

1. MacBeth
2. Norman Osborn
3. Norman Bates: While he's not one of my favorite Hitchock villains, I have to give Anthony Perkins some credit for an excellent performance. "She wouldn't even hurt a fly..."
4. Alonzo Harris: King Kong ain't got shit on him!
5. Jacobi-Master: One of my favorite actors, too bad he only got to be The Master for one episode.

This one was tough, especially in regards to Norman and Alonzo. To be honest, I'm not sure which one of these two I like more, but "Psycho" lingered in my mind longer than "Training Day", so Mrs Bates' boy had a slight edge there.

Osborn
Bates
The Master
MacBeth
Harris

Dr. Ensatsu-ken

1. Alonzo Harris (Normally I wouldn't rank him this high, but he honestly deserves more respect than what he's getting in this round)
2. MacBeth (He'd usually be my number 1 pick, but GSF would probably kill me if I let Alonzo drop out of the competition so easily without at least putting up a little bit of an attempt to save him, even though its pretty much futile by this point)
3. Norman Bates (I would have ranked him one higher but he's already sure to make it to the next round anyways, regardless of where I place him)
4. Norman Osborn (I do get a great guilty pleasure of fun out of Willem Dafoe overacting for this villain in his portrayal of him, and I enjoyed his much better and more serious performance in TSSM, but honestly he was never one of my favorite comic book villains, but maybe if I read some actual comic books it would change my mind on him)
5. Jacobi-Master (Unfortunately I don't know anything about him; sorry :( )

Well either way, I'm glad Geeunit only got a measley 4 points.

1. Alonzo Harris (Yes ensatsu-ken, I would in fact kill you and wear my Alonzo costume while doing so.)

2. Master (fuck this guy, I'm just putting him here to give Alonzo a chance)
3. MacBeth
4. Bates
5. Osborn (not a fan but he'd be no 2 if I weren't doing strategy)

Hey, fuck you. Jacobi's fucking class.

Quoted for truth. While I did admittedly vote for Alonzo over Jacobi's Master, it doesn't the change the fact that I prefer Jacobi as an actor over Denzel Washington, it's just that his version of The Master wasn't my favorite version of the character (although, if he had been around for a few more episodes, I think I'd put him higher). Besides, Jacobi will always be Claudius to me.

To clarify, I'm talking about the main character in "I, Claudius", not Hamlet's uncle.
