Yep. I Want To Be Alone is the final track on my copy. Kerplunk also has bonus tracks from the Sweet Children EP.

As far as I can tell, no actual "new" material, it just fits in all the EP tracks and other ones that would have slipped through the cracks at the ends of the first two albums. Looking through Wikipedia, they all seem pretty complete as far as I can tell.
