Rust in Peace, Focus, Sleep's Holy Mountain and Painkiller- the 4 best of the 90's

Iron Maiden- "Rainmaker"

Got bored near the end of Kid A and put on Dance of Death instead. Much better call.
Life is not about the second chances. It's about a little mouse and his voyage to an exciting new land. That, my friend, is what life is.

Sir, do you have any Warrants?
I got their first CD, but you can't have it, motherfucker!

Spark Of Spirit

I would go with Low End Theory.

I'm also growing on the little known album called Superstar by, well, they're called Superstar.

You're both making me very, very sad.  :(

And In Rainbows is loads better than Kid A.

Spark Of Spirit

Sorry man, but I really did try hard. I just could never get into them.

I'll give you that most of the albums are half-good, half-crap, and that I never saw the big deal about The Bends.

Spark Of Spirit

Neither did I, I really only like that one song from it. I honestly thought it was way better than Creep- I never understood why that song got so much attention.

Because it's a really good song.  :wth:

:awesome:

But I do enjoy that song.

Street Spirit's the only one from The Bends that I really love. So deliciously depressing.

The King Of Limbs was absolute shit though. You can't do minimalism, Radiohead. Please stahp.

Sister Hazel - "All For You"

No Doubt - "Hey Baby"

Sometimes I just can't help myself.
I can't stand it, honestly. The only Rocksteady song I find even guilty pleasure worthy is Underneath It All.

Sorry man, what can I tell ya? Guilty pleasure is a guilty pleasure. I know I shouldn't like it, but hey... I do.  :awesome:

It's the best song they've ever done.

And they hate it.

Well, if you wrote a bunch of music you were proud of, and people only showed up at your shows for that one song, and then left immediately afterward, you might resent that song too.  :P

I guess that's what happened with that Gotye guy and Somebody That I Used To Know too.

Avaitor

It definitely happened with A Flock of Seagulls and "I Ran".

Man, Gotye has some cool stuff though. If anyone should have been a one hit wonder this year, it should've been that Carly Rae Jepsen bitch. She should have left Owl City in music limbo with her as well.

That's why one hit wonders close with the hit. It saves the embarrassment.

Indeed. I bought that album and found at least 4 songs I like more. Eyes Wide Open is an awesome track. And the "wtf is this" music video certainly helps.

I do like how the song before STIUTK segues neatly into it though.

Jefferson Airplane - "Ice Age"

Fleetwood Mac- "WAlk a Thin Line"
