This is the most obvious news ever. Disney has been cashing in hard on this movie since the first one came out. If they didn't make a sequel (the single most obvious way to cash-in on something), then they would be rather bad at what they do as a business.

If we're lucky it will be enough to quell Frozen-mania for awhile and we can stop hearing about it all the time.

Well, there is also the short that's in front of the Cinderella movie.

But yeah, it's about time that Disney just up and confessed it. Now if they'll only do the same for the Wreck-It Ralph sequel that's been making its way across the rumor mill for a while.
