It sucks that Rikiishi had to lose so early on, but I'm hoping that Joe and Yoko at least manage to make it to the next round (I kind of doubt it, though, since only CX and myself have read the manga, unless Avaitor votes, but he hasn't even gotten to Joe's best character arc in the story, yet).

Anyways, as for this round:

Gesicht- It's been far too long since I last read. Pluto, so admittedly my memory on it is really fuzzy at this point, but it's an Urasawa character, so of course I'm going to rank him first

Bardock- I'm really biased, here, but I just love his TV special so much, and just the concept of the character as Goku's father fighting single-handed lay against Freeza's army, even though he was destined to lose, to be one of the most bad-ass things ever

Sakuragi- A fun delinquent-type character, though I think that Nomiya is basically the better version of his character, and gets significantly more development, but Sakuragi is still by far one of the better protagonists in a sports manga

Astro Boy- Iconic, but I need to read more of his manga

It's also interesting to have characters from Astro Boy and Pluto in the same round, considering that the latter is basically based off the former.
