Kirby music. <3

I hope they put this into the next Smash Bros.

Still my favorite Kirby track next to Green Greens.

A lot of Nintendo games have this odd thing where the rest of the game will have standard music ranging from fantastic to meh, but the final battle music is all kinds of awesome while sounding like it's from a completely different series. Like Zero-Two.  ;D The Mario & Luigi games come to mind also.

And, of course, Zero-Two.
Oh wow, can't believe I forgot that one.

Probably the best Kirby boss theme ever (if second to anything, it'd only be Marx's theme for Super Star).

Man, Super Star had an absolutley fantastic soundtrack. I could probably list every song in the game in this thread if I really wanted to.

...but just keep things simple for now, here's some Cocoa Cave, for your listening pleasure.

Spark Of Spirit

Great Cave Offensive should be have sequel on its own. A full blown full game of it would be insane.

In case you guys missed it, here's my post on the best tracks from the new Kirby game.

So since I finished Kirby's Return To Dreamland, let me be the first here to praise its awesome soundtrack.

Castle Area (My favorite stage tune)
Forest Area (Almost RPG-ish)
Funky Area (Basically)
Desert Area (One of my favorite desert themes)
Rainy Area (SO CATCHY)
Aurora Area (Reminds me of Earthbound)
Engine Area (Scrap Brain meets Kirby)
Magma Area (Epic and fast)
Boss Theme (Intense, especially on Hard)
Green Greens (This actually changes style from Game Boy-SNES-N64-DS!)

This is an amazing soundtrack. Seriously.
Amazing! Just like the game itself!  8)

Wow. That Green Greens mix in particular is pretty sweet.

I still can't believe I haven't played this game yet. Really need to fix that.

Spark Of Spirit

One thing Kirby has over any other series is it still has the most epic credits music ever!

It still feels like the end of a long journey.

I love Return to Dream Land's soundtrack. :3

You know what this thread needs? More Pokemon.

Let's start at the beginning. Some of my favorite Red/Blue/Yellow tracks:

Cinnabar Island
Final Battle
Gym
Route 4/Main Overworld Theme
S.S. Anne
Unused Track (Yellow)

In particular, the unused track from Yellow is pretty cool. You can't help but wonder why this one didn't make the cut; such a shame they just let it go to waste.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games have a surprisingly fantastic set of soundtracks.

I also quite enjoy the Abandoned Ship music from R/S/E, and Route 113. Also, the Desert Palace music from Black/White.

So, I only JUST realized that the main theme in Skyward Sword is actually just the theme for Zelda's Lullaby in reverse.

Here is the main theme, and here is the theme played backwards, and just for comparison here is the OoT version of Zelda's Lullaby.

That kind of just blew my mind when I first realized it. Anyways, I just thought I'd bring that up, but I'm pretty sure that most people already noticed this before I found out.

Spark Of Spirit

I always hear people talking smack about this soundtrack. I just don't get it. It might not be the all-time best soundtrack, but it's IS really good.

Japonesque (Stage 1-1 and 5-1) - THE ninja theme to me.
Idaten (Stage 2-1)
Whirlwind (Stage 4-1)
Shinobi Walk (Stage 4-2)

The soundtrack to Super Mario Land is grossly underrated. I wish these tracks were more represented in Smash Bros.

Overworld
Muda Kingdom
Chai Kingdom
Underground (at least this one got in Brawl)
